With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, David is skilled in most facets of residential and commercial financing. Over the years, he has bought, held, and sold single-family residences, second homes, community waterfront lots and spec lots. Prior to his role with Columbia Funding Mortgage, David managed a branch of First Horizon Homes Loans. Before this, he was owner and president of Realty Financial Services.

David graduated from the University of Iowa with a Finance Degree in 1987. As a student athlete, David wrestled for the legendary coach Dan Gable, and was an Olympic trials competitor. David resides in Mill Creek, WA with his wife, Lisa, and enjoys living in such a vibrant, energetic community. They have four children: Dan, Emily, Annie and Jenny. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his Harley, visiting wineries, exercising and attending church.
