The formation of the company stemmed from the desire and inspiration of the principals to create a first class authentic independent escrow company in Snohomish County. Legacy Escrow Service closes residential purchase/sale and refinance transactions throughout Washington State. The majority of our clients served are located in King, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties
