Dawn Torres is a 500hr certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. She developed a passion for yoga close to 10 years ago and has felt strongly since that so many could benefit from all that yoga has to offer. Many are aware of the long list of health benefits that yoga has to offer, maybe more important than that in these challenging times, are the mental and emotional benefits. Dawn created Laughing Buddha Yoga Studio in Mill Creek as a way to share all of the amazing benefits of yoga with her community. Dawn has pursued her studies in Rishikesh, India, wanting to keep the integrity of this ancient practice alive in her teaching.
