I truly believe what I practice. Treat others as you would expect to be treated and what goes around comes around. Always being patient, professional, honest and fair with every client and agent that I do business with has generated an 80% referral based business for me. Satisfied clients are my goal. Selling real estate is not my hobby; I am a full time professional that just so happens to absolutely love what she’s doing. I am truly blessed. I have been employed in the real estate industry since 1982, working for Northwind Properties as a receptionist, Conner Development Company as a Sales and Marketing Assistant to the Broker and finally as a real estate agent with Windermere in Monroe since 1993. Learning from the bottom up has helped me understand every aspect of my profession. Multiple Continuing Education Classes keep me current on this ever changing industry. About Lynette Thomas
Lynette is a Washington State native who has lived in the Snohomish County area for over 27 years. She and her husband are active in the equestrian communities (4-H and open competitions), and keep busy with the restoration of their GTO convertible. They live on a 5-acre farm in Snohomish, Washington and have two daughters - Lindsey (19) and Leah (15).
