How I Invest In My Community:
I appreciate Columbia Funding Mortgage’s “CFM Cares” program and how we give back to the communities we serve. This program also encourages us as individuals to be involved in our communities and I do so mostly through my efforts to plan, organize and execute the annual Run of the Mill 5K event.
Through this event we have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to local charities and schools including programs that tend to have the least funding such as Jackson High School Track, Cross Country and Swimming, Glacier Peak Cross Country, Archbishop Murphy Swim Team, Lake Stevens High School Track and Cross Country, Mariner High School Track and Cross Country, Bishop Blanchet Swim Team, Boy Scouts of America, West Coast Aquatics, Lakewood High School Track and Cross Country, Washington Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association. In additional about half of the funds from this event are donated to Providence Hospitals Linda Baltzell Cancer Patient Assistance Fund.
How to Work With Steve:
During normal business hours call Steve at 425.357.1044 but if you need mortgage advice or a preapproval letter after normal business hours or on the weekend Steve can be reached on his cell phone at 425.931.9579. Or, submit an online application and Steve will be immediately notified and he will follow up with you.
I have worked with Steve and several other member of his staff and they are all easy to work with and will find the best rate and terms for the loan that you are looking for. I recommend Columbia Funding to all my friends and family!
Steve. Knox was very pleasant to work with. He explained the process in a way we understood and gave us recommendations that we had not considered. Thank you for helping us. April Brodel was fast and efficient in all of the paperwork and answered all of my questions quickly. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
I have worked with Steve Knox and the Columbia Funding team for over ten years. I own a Mobile Signing business and have handled many closings for Steve's clients. Many of Steve's clients I have personally signed at closing have been very happy with his level of care throughout the loan process. They really care about their clients. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I enjoyed working with Steve and his staff at Columbia Funding Mortgage. They were consistently checking in letting me know what was going on. The whole process wasn't stressful at all. They even helped friend of mine at the same time and got him a great rate as well. Thanks I appreciated what you did for me.
