Steve Knox is the owner/manager of Columbia Funding Mortgage.

With expertise in all aspects of residential mortgage lending Steve takes a consultative approach to helping clients with their mortgage needs. Clients who are seeking a professional that will partner with them to find the best solution for their needs will appreciate the time and attention Steve gives in meeting with clients and explaining multiple options to them. With a professional career spanning almost 30 years, Steve’s previous experience includes positions as retail executive working with companies such as Melville Corporation, American Eagle Outfitters, and Eddie Bauer. Previously, Steve also owned a consulting firm, Knox Management Strategies, with a focus on filling interim executive roles as a turn around specialist. Steve uses his previous experience as a retail executive and consultant to provide his clients with a highly professional mortgage origination experience. Steve lives in Mill Creek, WA with his wife Linda, and their two children Caleb who attends the University of Washington and Aubrea who attends the University of Oregon. As the lead sponsor and organizer of the Mill Creek Run of the Mill charity event, Steve’s face is a familiar site in the community. Last year the Run of the Mill attracted more 1700 participants with 100% of entry fees totaling $30,000 being donated to local charities.
