While there are many reasons the country is in a “mortgage meltdown”, we believe the primary reason is that borrowers did not work with a trusted mortgage adviser and worse yet resorted to chasing after a low rate instead of the right mortgage program while working with someone they never actually met after hearing an enticing advertisement on a television or radio commercial.

We have a pretty simple philosophy about how we work with clients and the loan programs we help them select. We want to be a client’s life long mortgage adviser and be confident that if we see them at a local community event or in the grocery store that we will never have to worry that the client is not happy to see us because we do the right thing for the client and deliver the right loan for the clients needs.
